ReplyDeleteFirst off, I think I just burned 100 calories laughing at this blog. Those pictures get me everytime.
ReplyDeleteWell, week 3 is coming to an end and I'm ready to see what week 4 has to bring. I'm able to keep up with the exercises and I'm proud to say I can do 5 pull-ups now instead of 1. I'm not good at math but I believe that's a 500% increase.
I went to the doctor's today for my manditory physical for that job I finally got, (haven't started yet). Turns out I've lost 10 pounds and my blood pressure has lowered as well! I also found out that I faint when I give blood... who knew.
